Location Recce and backup recce - Sophie Bishop

These are some photographs of our locations, we have used in our test footage and we will use for our music video. I have edited them as well, using Photoshop, to give an idea of how our final music video may look like after postproduction.

This could be one of our platforms we film out, the editing makes creates a dull and moody atmosphere to the shot.

This would be one of our locations to shoot, it is a dull and dark room , creating a dark mood.

The editing takes some of the saturation out of this shot, at the train station location.

This is another shot of the room location, we would most probably remove the bike, the wall are very simple and basic, as well as dull creating a emotionless feel.

This shows the old stairs and dull door, again creating the dull and dark atmosphere, going with the mood of the song and character.
This shot, shows the inside of the train, were some of the shots will be filmed.
Video of the main location:

Back up:

We could also used any other train station to.
Greenhithe station
For the house we could used either myself or Sophie's but it wouldn't give the same mood or atmosphere.

Goodwin's Analysis - Lana Del Ray

I have found that most of Lana Del Ray's music videos, all have the same vintage and very a very raw style and feel to them. So I found I would analyse them with Goodwin's analysis, and research into them. I have taken screenshots of key parts in her music video to her song 'Summertime Sadness' and spoken over this, in Final Cut Pro.
